RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE ‘RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE' LP

LABEL: Epic VINYL RELEASE DATE: 2012 ORIGINAL RELEASE DATE: 1992 VARIANT: Black Vinyl LP Rock albums don’t get more seismic than Rage Against the Machine’s self-titled debut, which sounds just as urgent and revolutionary as it did upon its 1992 release. This is a young band — Zack de la Rocha, Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk — captured forever at the peak of their powers, unleashing incisive and insightful insurrectionist rhymes over headbangingly propulsive and mind-blowingly inventive funk metal. A power assist from Tool’s Maynard James Keenan seals the deal on a stone-cold Nineties classic.
